Prior to his work in the nonprofit sector, Corey held leadership roles in the Philadelphia restaurant industry, including positions with James Beard Award–winning restaurants and hospitality groups. He successfully managed large teams, executed high-profile events, and oversaw operations for both public-facing and private experiences.
In addition to his hospitality background, Corey has expertise in behavioral support, having worked with the Chester County Intermediate Unit as a certified behavior mentor. In this role, he developed and implemented behavioral interventions and crisis strategies, and served as a liaison among staff, consultants, and families to support student success.
Known for his charisma, professionalism, and dedication to service, Corey leads with empathy and strategic vision—bringing people together and creating lasting impact through meaningful, community-driven work.
When he’s not at work, Corey enjoys spending time with his wife, Molly, and their two daughters, Maeve and Willa. You can often find them on early Saturday mornings heading to support the local farmer’s market. Corey and his girls are also passionate Notre Dame football fans—on game days, you might even hear a “Go Irish!” echo from their home.

Destiny has recently fallen in love with Onancock after moving here from a small town in Maryland. She studied at Anne Arundel Community College, earning her associate’s degree in human services before transferring to the University of Maryland, Baltimore County to earn her Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Work on a private scholarship.
During her time in college, Destiny balanced internships with her career at a non-profit homeless shelter in Annapolis, MD. There, she assisted individuals experiencing homelessness directly by guiding them through mental health struggles, addiction, and gaining both employment and housing.
When she isn’t in the office, Destiny spends her time reading, hiking, and enjoying movies with her loved ones. She hopes to use her compassion and kindness to further the HOS mission of connecting the wonderful community that has graciously welcomed her.

Alonzo, an Eastern Shore native and OHS Class of 1979 graduate, lives in Onancock with his wife Shirley. When he’s not working to keep HOS looking its best he enjoys carpentry, cooking, and fishing.
